

The 2010 Ryder Cup will be played on The Twenty Ten Course at The Celtic Manor Resort
, Newport, South Wales.
It will take place from September 28 to October 3 2010.

As in previous years, public tickets to The 2010 Ryder Cup will be awarded by a ballot system. The public ballot for 2010 is now open. Please go to the Ryder Cup website

The first ballot took place in August 2009.
Ticket applications for the second ballot will be accepted until April 2010, with the second computerised random lottery draw taking place later that month. Successful and unsuccessful applicants will be notified of their result by the end of April.
You can purchase Practice Day tickets without going through the ballot, although this is on a first come, first served basis. Please visit the Ryder Cup website

There will be no opportunity to buy Ground Admissions on the gate.

As in previous Ryder Cups, there will be a Park and Ride scheme in operation to enable spectators travelling by car to visit the event as safely and smoothly as possible.
There will be a car park to the west of The Celtic Manor Resort (Junction 28, M4) for spectators travelling from Cardiff and the North and West of Wales and one to the east of the resort (Junction 23A, M4) for spectators travelling from east of Newport and England.
A car park pass must be purchased in advance for each day of attendance in order to gain access to the car parks.
There will be designated Taxi Drop-Off and Collection points at both car parks for those wishing to travel to the event by taxi.
A shuttle bus service will run between the car parks and The Celtic Manor Resort from Tuesday to Sunday of the event week and will operate from approximately 06.00 until 21.30 daily.
For those intending to travel by public transport, they are advised to make their way to Newport Rail Station where there will be a bus shuttle service to The Celtic Manor Resort.
